Shipping, Rates and Locations

Shipping of paintings to the United Kingdom is done from Madrid, Spain.

Shipments of paintings to Europe and some countries in South America are made from Madrid, Spain. Shipments to the USA, Canada, Mexico and Colombia are made from Boston, USA.

The cost of shipping is already included in the price, so it is free for the customer. For our international shipments, we have good agreements with courier companies: FedEx and DHL.

The estimated shipping time for paintings in the in stock and original sections is 24 to 48 hours, with an additional approximately 12 days of transit for countries outside of Europe. Other oil paintings are shipped in 6 to 8 weeks from the order.

To gift someone, immediately after the purchase you can request your purchase certificate (learn more).

Please note that the paintings from Artwork-Vault are fine works painted 100% by hand and require appropriate drying time (see quality). That is why, sometimes, the process may seem long. To ease your wait, we will keep you informed about the progress of the process, from the beginning to the shipment.
